Dr. Stephan DeLorenzo is the CEO of Adult & Teen Challenge of Arkansas, a faith-based behavioral health organization dedicated to life transformation and long-term recovery. A licensed Assembly of God minister, he leads with a clear mission to see lives changed through the power of Jesus Christ.As a hands-on leader, Dr. DeLorenzo is known for building and implementing practical, real-world systems that strengthen accountability, develop leaders, and improve organizational performance. Rather than relying on theory, he develops solutions inside the organizations he leads—simplifying complex challenges into clear, actionable processes that teams can consistently execute.His leadership focuses on creating healthy, purpose-driven cultures where both staff and clients can grow, succeed, and experience lasting change. He is passionate about helping leaders break through barriers, align their teams, and build systems that produce measurable results while keeping people and mission at the center.Outside of his professional role, Dr. DeLorenzo is a devoted husband and father. He has been married for 16 years and is the proud father of three daughters, and he values building a strong, faith-centered family alongside his leadership work.
