Reporting Safety and Health Concerns
Individuals served, staff, and members of the public are encouraged to report any concerns about safety or the quality of care to our management staff at (501) 624-2446 or info@atcar.org. Concerns may also be reported directly to The Joint Commission by calling (800) 994-6610, emailing complaint@jointcommission.org, or submitting a report online at www.jointcommission.org. We are committed to addressing all concerns promptly and without retaliation.
